Oprah’s Favorite Things 2024 List

A few years ago, Oprah shared some of her favorite things for that year. Included in that list was a collection of interesting items – some gifted to her by others, others she was planning on buying as gifts. That very first list of Oprah’s Favorite Things went viral and started this much-awaited annual tradition.

The list of Oprah’s Favorite Things 2024 was just published a few days ago. As usual, she has some amazing items on this list.

The items on the list are chosen from 8 cool categories – Stylish, Cozy, Kids’, Kitchen, Engaging, Beauty, Food, and Wellness. The categories and the gift items in each were carefully chosen from an array of small businesses founded by women, veterans, and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color).

The idea behind this is two-fold. It is intended to support these small businesses after a rather stressful past few years and to encourage people to ‘celebrate with family, friends, and the whole community of people we hold dear in our hearts’.

I went through the list and picked my top 12 favorites based on their coziness factor. I love the idea of giving and receiving gifts that are elegant, timeless, and most important of all, give out hygge vibes.
