Epsom Salt Foot Soak Recipe for tired feetThis Epsom Salt Foot Soak Recipe uses a combination of ingredients that work together to soothe tired feet while promoting deep relaxation for the rest of the body through the soles of the feet.

At the end of a particularly tiring day, when all you want to do is ease the tiredness away from your aching feet, what you need is a quick and easy foot soak recipe. This DIY Epsom Salt Foot Recipe fits the bill perfectly.

It takes all of two minutes to make and you can use the foot soak bucket as a handy caddy for storing all of the ingredients so you have everything at hand.

Epsom Salt Foot Soak Recipe

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Epsom Salts
1/4 teaspoon Jojoba Carrier Oil
2 drops Lavender Essential Oil
2 drops Geranium Essential Oil
Small tub or Spa Bucket filled ¾ with warm water

Combine all ingredients and pour into the tub or bucket which is filled ¾ with warm water.

Soak feet for about 20-25 minutes or more if you want to.

You can use this Epsom Salt Foot Soak recipe without adding any carrier or essential oils but these additional ingredients give you amazing benefits.

Adding jojoba oil to this Epsom Salt Foot Soak Recipe makes the soak more moisturizing, without being oil. Jojoba oil deeply moisturizes the skin, delivering healing and nourishing properties.

It is one of the most commonly used carrier oils for its ability to absorb quickly without leaving an oily layer on the surface of the skin.

Geranium essential oil is soothing and lavender essential oil imparts calm. With the addition of these essential oils, you’ll feel deeply relaxed after just 15 minutes of this soothing, make-at-home Epsom Salt Foot Soak.
