Breathe Better Essential Oil Blend with Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Basil, Peppermint & Tea Tree Oils

This Breathe Better Essential Oil Blend combines multiple essential oils that are known for their expectorant properties and their ability to support the immune system.

The main component of the Breathe Better Blend is Eucalyptus oil.

Eucalyptus essential oil is a powerful immune booster and is excellent for use during the cold and flu season. This oil works together with peppermint, rosemary, basil, and tea tree essential oils to fortify this Breathe Better Essential Oil Blend.

All of the oils used in this blend complement each other, offering expectorant, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, and antibacterial properties that combat respiratory infections, reduce mucus and relieve coughing.

It works very well to relieve respiratory conditions such as asthma.

Recipe for Breathe Better Blend

6 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil
4 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
3 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
3 drops Basil Essential Oil
2 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil

Directions

Blend all oils in a small, dark-colored glass jar or bottle.

Add a few drops of the blend to your diffuser and diffuse the aroma throughout the room. You will get its beneficial effects as you inhale the scent.

The fresh, clean, and woodsy aroma of eucalyptus essential oil will make you feel as though you’re outdoors, inhaling the fresh scents of nature.

You can apply the Breathe Better Blend topically to your chest and throat to relieve a stuffy nose and breathe more freely. You should not apply the blend directly to your skin however as the oils are very potent and can cause skin irritation. Before applying topically, mix a drop or two with a carrier oil such as jojoba oil or coconut oil. Breathe in the scent slowly and deeply while you apply.

Store this potent Breathe Better blend in a dark glass bottle when not in use.

If you are allergic to eucalyptus essential oil, I would highly recommend using a Neti Pot to clear a stuffy nose so you can breathe better. A Neti Pot works by rinsing the nasal passage with a saltwater solution. It is a simple, safe, and highly effective way to improve breathing by clearing the nasal passages.
