Keep physical exertion to a minimum – When you do strenuous work the body heats up. This is great for expelling toxins from the body but overheating is bad if you have rosacea. Higher body temperatures cause the rosacea to progress into a higher level of severity. This is because the blood that forced into your capillaries may begin to cause some of them to burst, intensifying the appearance of symptoms.
